Commercial Project Manager, WW Social Marketing

Serving customers in more than 160 countries, we take our inspiration from the drive and imagination of the people who make things happen; our technology helps those who do, do better.The WW Social team is presently hiring for a Commercial Project Manager role based in Raleigh.The Social Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Big Play and Brand-level social campaigns, on budget and within the overarching social strategy. They will work with functional leads to develop and manage scopes of work and budgets varying in size from small one-off projects to big play campaigns. They will be responsible for the creation and management of a project plan with long and short-term timelines and with an understanding of prioritizing resources and tasks. They will clearly communicate project status, timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations to the social team and internal stakeholders on a regular basis. They will also help the Strategy & Content Leads drive the creative process by participating in the assessment of the feasibility of proposed solutions. The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for:??? Manage end-to-end projects, within budget, on schedule, and adhere to the high-quality standards set by the WW Social team.??? Create and maintain detailed schedules in conjunction with the Commercial/Consumer Social Leads, the Geo Alignment manager and all involved agencies and internal stakeholders.??? Provide detailed reports to the Commercial/Consumer Social Leads on project status, risk assessment, and completion of project tasks and/or project team deliverables??? Supervise all phases of production.??? Organize and initiate project launch meetings for internal and external teams.??? Manage dependencies among cross-functioning teams.??? Maintain responsibility for the quality checks through all stages of each project.??? Assist the Strategy & Content Leads as deemed necessary.
Position Requirements
Minimum Requirements:??? 6+ years of project management experience demonstrating successful management of projects from kick-off to completion and supervisory experience for a global corporation.Preferred Qualifications:??? Experience working with multiple stakeholders across global teams.??? Expert project management skills level and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities??? Advanced level skills with MS Office suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word??? Experience presenting to multiple levels, including executives, for face-to-face and virtual meetings Experience establishing metrics, analyzing data and developing dashboards and reporting, including executive reporting??? Solid understanding of project process and campaign lifecycle.??? Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.??? Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, ops, and geo alignment.??? Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments and high-pressure situations.??? An interest in social media and an understanding of the various platforms and products??? A basic understanding of effective paid media, analytics, reporting and measurement??? Effective working both independently and as a team member; demonstrate autonomy over assigned work while working towards goals shared by the team.??? Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.??? A quick learning, curious, problem solver with a passion for bringing digital and social media solutions to our internal stakeholders.??? The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
