Digital Marketing Analytics Leader

Serving customers in more than 160 countries, we take our inspiration from the drive and imagination of the people who make things happen; our technology helps those who do, do better.The WW Marketing team is presently hiring a Digital Marketing Analytics role based in Raleigh.As the Digital Marketing Analytics Lead you will be responsible for driving three key areas in Lenovo's marketing transformation: Technology, Data, and Analytics. You will be responsible for leading a team to help the marketing business units understand, measure, and track their KPIs on a day-to-day, month-to-month, year-to-year basis. You will leverage data and insights to hold teams and their agencies responsible for driving qualified traffic to Lenovo.com and retail as a whole, while also leading projects to drive revenue and profit to the bottom line. This is a global role and will require work with stakeholders across our major geographies (NA, LATAM, EMEA, AP).Responsibilities:The Digital Marketing Analytics Leader is responsible for driving overall analytics excellence across the digital team:Technology, Data, and Analytics??? Provide input for technology Selection Integration & Optimization??? Work closely to help in the selection of tools to be leveraged by the business??? Ensure tools are appropriately integrated for analytics work??? Work with Martech to in help to build a roadmap and always look at new technology to be leveraged??? Align closely with IT on managing infrastructure??? Run system auditsData & Governance??? Drive strategy and requirements with IT??? Align with IT on governance, quality, and standards for data??? Drive prioritization for data acquisition and ensure that data is available for the business as it growsMeasurement, Analytics & Reporting??? Outline reporting needs to track KPIs??? Drive the necessary KPIs across marketing and standardization at Lenovo??? Leverage Analytics to constantly be driving insights back to the business for media optimization??? Provide funnel and Market mix optimization to the marketersKey performance indicators:1. Communications and collaboration among WW Digital, WW Brand, WW Events, HQ & Corp, WW UX, Product Marketing, and Geos that drives clarity and understanding of content requirements and builds strong relationships.2. Strong communications and collaboration with China to drive alignment and adoption of Digital WWeb Transformation strategy.
Position Requirements
Position Requirements: ??? 1+ years of project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities??? 3+ years experience working with MS Office suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word??? 1+ experience presenting to multiple levels, including executives, for face-to- face and virtual meetings??? 1+ years experience establishing metrics, analyzing data and developing dashboards and reporting, including executive reporting??? 1+ years experience using different marketing technologies such as, but not limited to: Eloqua, Marketo, Adobe, Google, DynamicsPreferred skills:??? Understanding of Python, R, SQL, Adobe Analytics??? Solid fundamental knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data mining, classification, clustering, regression, Bayesian modeling, probability theory, algorithm design and theory of computation, linear algebra, partial differential equations, Bayesian statistics, and information retrieval??? Proven leadership with strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate across multiple reporting levels, including executives??? Highly structured individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail who can manage multiple simultaneous projects and keep a holistic view in perspective??? Strong decision-making skills with ability to think proactively and problem solve; ability to negotiate and influence others, manage multiple diverse points yet driving consensus & alignment??? Independent, self-starter with a "take charge" attitude and proven ability to work in a fast paced environment; comfortable leading, following and improving upon new and existing processes

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
