Senior HR Business Partner, Product Group

The Senior HR Business Partner will support the PCSD organization and executives/managers in developing and implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving and exceeding business objectives. They are critical and influential members of the leadership teams they support. The selected candidate must be a strategic thought leader, have a proven track-record of building partnerships with all levels of employees and managers. They must have a history of implementing successful HR programs across heavily matrixed and global organizations. Expertise in thought leadership, organizational agility, business acumen, relationship building, and solid execution are the keys to being successful in this position in Lenovo. Position Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: - Requires 7-10 years HR business partner experience or equivalent in roles of increasing complexity/scope in a global organization. - 5 + years of HR Business Partner experience partnering with leader and managers stake holders within a complex matrixed environment.- Experiencce supporting global leaders/teamsPreferred Qualifications:??? The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
