Global Program Area Lead - Sr. Manager

Define the business problem, scope, objectives, metrics, and deliverables of a project; ensure stakeholder alignment to project parametersPlanning Discipline ??? Identify and analyze current state; identify the target state; design and implement solution to the defined business problem ??? In consultation with business owners, establish qualified cross-functional work teams, when applicable ??? Identify and analyze stakeholder needs and expectations; ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the life of the projectAchieve Operational Excellence Through Accountability to Business outcomes ??? Lead strategic process improvement initiatives that result in tangible business benefits ??? Challenge the status-quo of the organizational design to ensure optimal resource structures to support anticipated business outcomes ??? Empower the design, development, and implementation of technology through a clear articulation of business needs in the context of the technology's role specificity & capability Program Governance Rigor ??? Work with management to determine the priority of requirements; consult with business leader(s) to ensure transparency to relevant information that will drive key business decisions ??? Create and manage a project plan, including prioritized scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, and business expectations; coordinate with cross-functional subject matter experts, Project Managers and/or project teams, when applicable ??? Ensure projects are planned and executed in accordance with governance standards and expectations, and internal policies and procedures ??? Identify and mitigate risks and issues before they become major roadblocks; escalate project/program issues to minimize potential impacts; track dependencies with other related projects, applications, and teams ??? Monitor, analyze, and communicate project/program performance to vested stakeholders, team members and key leaders to facilitate optimal decisions, drive awareness and maintain value proposition of project ??? Support the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and dataChange Evangelist ??? Determine and implement the communications needed for ongoing program management, and negotiate issues between individuals or teams working on projects in the portfolio to minimize miscommunications and delays ??? Prepare project outcomes for transition to the process owner; ensure process owners have the tools, support, and training needed for successful implementation and monitoring of solution; provide post-implementation monitoring and support, as required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
