Order Management - Value Recovery Services

Responsible for the order management as it pertains to the support of the part sales business. This includes, but is not limited to account creation, customer escalation, internal sales team escalation, sourcing of supply, IT escalations, and any other escalation that would prevent the ability to order, fill, and ship. This role will be measured on issue identification and resoltion. Position Responsibilities: Develop and deliver metrics, analysis, and improve business processes Work with teams to identify and prioritize escalations and growth opportunities. Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications: ??? Relevant systems experience??? Prior sales operations, finance and planning experience??? Strong customer focus and communication??? Knowledge of the services business in operations??? Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications: ??? Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) applications??? Strong analytical, interpretation and problem solving skills??? Strong relationship skills.??? Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization and problem resolution skills.??? Works well independently, yet is cooperative in working with team assignments and activities.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
