Strategic Marketing Manager

Lenovo is looking for a dynamic, creative, and passionate individual to join our marketing team. He/she will be responsible for helping to define the Consumer marketing strategy and overseeing the execution of activities to help drive overall business growth. The Consumer Strategic Marketing Manager is a key player in driving marketing initiatives across all touch points. This position collaborates with a team of marketing individuals and works closely with our WW marketing and NA category organizations to understand marketing strategies and business objectives.Responsibilities:??? Develop Marketing strategy and Integrated GTM plans to achieve Business goal ??? Ownership of GTM plan: Responsible to disseminate plans across cross-functional teams and lead them on GTM plan execution??? Be a strategic business partner, primary point of contact for all Marketing initiatives for consumer segment??? Report overall plan to stakeholders in a quarterly basis??? Responsible to gain alignment of GTM plan from Key stakeholders??? Own overall NA Segment target audience framework and messaging??? Establish metrics to track and to optimize campaign effectiveness and lead performance??? Working with Partners and operations team to ensure campaigns are compliant ??? Partner with WW Marketing and NA category teams to understand segment strategies and priorities??? Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels??? Proactively engage in and contribute to strategic brand planning.??? Serve as brand champion across the organization, leading a cross-functional teamtoward the on-time, on-strategy implementation.??? Identify process enhancements and lead respective initiatives to improve campaign management and marketing team performance??? Manage the Consumer budget, ensuring dollars are spent efficiently and demonstrate strong marketing ROI
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field; MBA a plus??? 7-10 years of Consumer Marketing experience, ??? Demonstrated ability to think creatively ??? Extensive experience building integrated go-to-marketing strategies and marketing campaigns??? Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail??? Previous budget management experience required??? Excellent written and verbal communication skills??? Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external customers??? Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time??? Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, etc.??? Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
