Compliance Analyst - AMER Policy and Training # 121715

You will provide policy, procedures and training support to Compliance Coverage officers.
You will assist the Coverage Officers in drafting new or reviewing and updating policies, procedures, manuals and guidelines.
You will assist Authors in the policy consultation process (e.g., gathering and integrating business partner feedback) and issuance process (working with the bank's Policy Desk).
You will handle the timely renewal of existing policies and procedures.
You will review policies and procedures for inconsistencies internally and between documents, test links, and rationalize policies and related documents to eliminate duplication and overlap.
You'll assist Authors in developing training materials, organizing training sessions and capturing required documentation for training tracking.
Assist the Coverage Officers with follow-up and tracking of mandatory training.
Improve training records and procedures to ensure accuracy, quality and attendance, as necessary.
Other general compliance responsibilities.

As a new or recent graduate (0-2 years) we are seeking individuals who:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
