3M is seeking an Agile Project Manager for the Personal Safety Division (PSD) SCBA/Fire Solutions lab located in Monroe, North Carolina. 3M, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter. Here, you go.
Job Summary:
The person hired for the position of Agile Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams through all phases of highly complex new product development utilizing advanced technologies including thermal imaging, communication systems, detectors and sensors, pneumatics, filtration, and IoT. This individual facilitates Agile Scrum processes and program execution, escalates impediments, manages risks and assists the team with implementing Agile/Scrum practices in the SCBA/Fire Solutions Business Unit. Requires a good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and understand the unique opportunities and challenges associated with organizing, facilitating, and continuously aligning a project with the guiding business strategy.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Managing internal and external resources to establish and achieve program goals (On-Time, On-Spec, and On-Cost)
Tracking and maintaining program budget and product cost estimates
Coaching and guiding the team members to follow Agile/Scrum practices
Assisting the team in removing impediments and escalating appropriately to engage the correct personnel to remove the impediments
Assisting with defining and maintaining the product backlog
Providing key project internal and external communication to the stakeholders to improve transparency
Leading Scrum ceremonies
Basic Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Minimum five (5) years of Electrical, Software, Embedded Systems, and/or Mechanical New Product Development (NPD) experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Scrum team leader role
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering from an accredited institution
Certified Scrum Professional (CSM or PSM)
Proven leadership capabilities in negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and engage with people quickly
Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for Scrum (e.g. Backlog prioritization, release planning, retrospectives)
Expert knowledge of Agile Scrum best practices
Experience with applying Agile methodologies to hardware/systems development
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Familiarity with industry leading Agile/Scrum tools (e.g. Jira, CA Agile Central, TFS)
Location: Monroe, NC
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
Relocation: Is authorized

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
