Customer Collaboration Manager

This is a highly visible demand planning and operations role on a high performance team whose objective is to achieve industry-leading PC operations. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, inventory planning, and managing corresponding client account operations. Close collaboration with cross-functional groups such as business planning, product management, sales, marketing, supply chain, global business unit, and customer support teams is paramount to achieve key objectives.Responsibilities: ??? Accountability for supply/demand and operations management.??? E2E ownership of SKU life cycle management including, forecasting, commits, CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) and Finished Goods Inventory (FGI).??? Continuously improve forecasting techniques, method, and approach with the objective of achieving optimum accuracy.??? Evolve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and IT system requirements.??? Own disposition of finished goods end-to-end.??? Be the primary operations representative to Client accounts and cross-functional peers.2HCampaign
Position Requirements
Requirements:??? Minimum 4 years of FMCG and/or e-commerce experience in the areas of supply chain, planning or operations.??? Minimum 2 years of customer interface experience.??? Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) management experience.??? Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics principlesPreferred: ??? Goal oriented, operationally disciplined and initiative driven focused on continuous improvement.??? Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to think strategically. ??? Strong financial literacy.??? Self-starter with strong work ethic.??? Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively influence and communicate with executive levels of management.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
