Chief Compliance and Regulatory Affairs division in Raleigh is looking for a talented individual to join our effective and high performing team as Application Business Supporter.
CCS (Core Compliance Services) Platform Support teams are administrating internal applications and delivering support for internal stakeholders globally. You will become a member of an international team and receive close insights in a global Bank and the way the Bank is internally steered. You will be responsible for a growing variety of tasks such as:
Supporting various stakeholders across all regions and businesses in both technical and business related queries/issues.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with various business areas.
Being first point of contact for management and business by delivering accurate and reliable information.
Acting as first point of contact for application and process related issues.
Managing process of administrating reports provided by internal and external business groups.
Working independently with users to define concepts of cooperation and to collect their requirements to support their business needs.
Collaborating closely with IT Team on application design to meet business requirements.
Preparing reports according to internal guidelines, standards and deadlines.
Developing and maintaining clear and consistent process flows and process documentation.
Building and conducting business process reviews and user trainings.

As Application Business Supporter your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
University Degree.
1-3 years of work experience.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Sound analytical skills and attention to details.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Access or VBA would be an asset).
Creative way of resolving issues and customer focused approach to achieve the highest quality of solutions and delivered services.
Effective time management - are you able to work under time pressure and under tight deadlines?
Do you have the ability to work as part of a team and independently to complete set priorities?
In addition:
You are open-minded and you share a positive attitude towards team and business partners.
You are a self-starter, motivated to learn and develop knowledge-transfer.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
