Project Manager, Web Governance

Serving customers in more than 160 countries, we take our inspiration from the drive and imagination of the people who make things happen; our technology helps those who do, do better.The WW Web Marketing and Development (WMD) team is presently hiring for Project Manager, Web Governance based in Raleigh.The Project Manager will be responsible for owning and driving global governance and compliance for Lenovo.com. The ideal candidate has worked professionally as a project manager for five to seven years and has an advanced understanding of project management. The candidate has experience defining and developing governance plans for a global web or digital environment. This leader will provide leadership and guidance for establishing alignment and streamlining where needed for lenovo.com global governance. Ideally, we are also looking for someone who is a self-starter, can manage multiple projects and has experience within a fast-paced web development environment. This person may also provide insights for redesign of Lenovo.com homepage and potentially other projects as needed: product campaigns, event landing pages and special projects. Responsible for driving a global homepages governance and standards strategy across Lenovo.com:??? Primary responsibilities will include developing and documenting a homepages governance policy and standards strategy for Lenovo.com??? Develop and maintain a global calendar for First Time Visitor and business group homepages??? Establish communication cadence with global stakeholders to drive global adoption and alignment with strategy and global calendar??? Develop method for monitoring global compliance and a communication/escalation procedure for non-compliance??? Work with WMD Web Ops Lead and Homepages Content PM to develop a process for metrics reporting & gaining insights: customer data, customer research and data & insights from internal teams (GBI, UX, CX) and external sources??? Act as WMD PM for Web Transformation project, driving clarity & understanding of goals & objectives, requirements & concerns, timeline and budget across team.??? Understand and document web principles, guidelines and best practices for web, homepage design, homepage content, homepage merchandising, templates and brand messaging & visual identity. Research industry standards and recommend updates as needed.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of project or program management within a web development environment or managing content marketing strategy for a global corporation.- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across global teams.- Excellent project management skills and managing multiple concurrent projects- Advanced level skills with MS Office suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word- Experience establishing web governance policy & procedures- Strong communications skills, written and oral; ability to present updates and status at face-to-face or virtual meetings- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence collaboration tools- Familiarity with Hybris eCommerce and Drupal CMS platformsBehavioral competencies preferred:- Proven leadership with strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across multiple levels- Has excellent attention to detail, but is also able to look at things holistically , from a brand / company perspective- Strong negotiation and influence skills with ability to manage multiple diverse points yet drive consensus & alignment- Strong decision-making, proactive thinking and problem solving capabilities- Independent, self-starter with a "take charge" attitude and proven ability to work in a fast paced environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
