HRIS Sr. Specialist

Lenovo is seeking for a Senior HRIS Specialist having experience of Workday implementation or support to join Lenovo HRIS Operations team in the US.We are looking for enthusiastic problem solvers who can apply their skills and constantly improve processes and systems, providing support across various regions.Job Description? Work collaboratively with HR Service Center agent and act as Tier 2 support on production issues related to Workday HCM for North America, Latin America and EMEA regions.? Provide resolutions or recommendations on production issues to meet Service Level Agreements.? Demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, close attention to detail, and strong problem solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve issues in a timely manner.? Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot, research as necessary ensuring that users are updated on the status and addressing issues timely.? Provide support for mass data upload (EIB) requests.? Create or maintain end user training documentation and train HR Service Center agents and users on Workday HCM modules.? Educate and promote changes made and new functionality with end users by utilizing various communication channels and methodologies.? Provide support on additional special projects as assigned.? Research new Workday functionality to enhance customer usage of Workday.? Provide backup support for payroll system related issues.? Provide backup support for urgent issues related to integrations.? Position Requirements
Requirements? 3+ years of proven hands-on working experience of Workday HCM, Payroll and Benefits? Minimum 1 year configuration, implementation or business support experience with an HCM application such as Workday, SAP, Oracle/Peoplesoft, Success Factor, etc.? Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience? Business mindset with deep knowledge of HR functional processes? Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams.? Good organizational skills, communication skills and time management.? Good learning ability and working attitudePreferred Qualifications:? Business support experience with Peoplefluent is preferred? Experience in working in multi-national company with a global mindset

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
